Private Visual Identity Consultation 60 minutes
A personal conversation designed to understand you, your occasion, and the visual presence you want to create. Together, we explore your preferences, lifestyle, aesthetic direction, the event itself, and the impression you want to make.
This consultation establishes the creative direction for your personalized styling experience.
SERVICE POLICIES
Booking & Payment
Special Occasion Styling is booked and paid for in advance. Your selected location determines the applicable service price. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Scope of Service
Special Occasion Styling includes an online 60 minute Private Visual Identity Consultation followed by a personalized Special Occasion Styling Session of up to 2 hours, available virtually or in person in San Diego and Los Angeles.
The service is designed for one complete occasion look. Multiple looks, extensive sourcing, custom garments, on-location styling, travel, destination services, or requests beyond the stated scope require a Custom Quote.
Scheduling
Following your purchase, you will receive a private invitation by email to schedule your 60-minute online Private Visual Identity Consultation. The Special Occasion Styling Session will be scheduled following the consultation and according to the agreed styling timeline.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or may be treated as a missed appointment, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations
Service fees are non-refundable once payment has been received. If you need to change your appointment, your service may be rescheduled according to the rescheduling policy above and subject to availability.
Session Preparation
Before your Special Occasion Styling Session, you may receive preparation guidance to help ensure the appropriate garments, accessories, and other pieces are available for the styling experience. For virtual styling sessions, additional preparation guidance may be provided to help you present your wardrobe and relevant pieces for the styling process.
Additional Time & Services
The service is designed to be completed within the stated session time. Additional styling time, extensive sourcing, shopping assistance, tailoring, purchases, on-location services, travel, or services outside the stated scope may require an additional fee or Custom Quote.
Purchases & Additional Costs
Clothing, accessories, tailoring, shipping, parking, and other third-party expenses are not included in the service price unless specifically stated otherwise.
